What each plan allows
These are the allowances the product enforces. A run is a completed generation (tailoring, prep, dossier, and similar). Concierge uses its own turn limit and does not share the prep allowance. Generations that fail or stop before they finish do not use an allowance. Allowances reset on a rolling 30-day usage period that starts from your account, not on the first of a calendar month.
After the trial: sign in to export CSV and ZIP, subscribe, or choose Hold. Generation stays paused. Unsubscribed accounts are deleted after 30 days.
During the 30-day retention window, CSV and ZIP export remain available. If you choose Hold, CSV export remains available, but ZIP export is no longer included. Export any ZIP packages before switching.
